WHAT KIND OF GRAPHICS ARE BEST

If you are going to send pictures the following formats are the only ones I can work with: JPG, BMP, TIFF, CMX, EPS, and AI, The most efficient way to send photos is as a JPG as they are compressed files up to fifteen times smaller than a BMP. The photo if scanned should be a minimum of 300 DPI for the best results.
